A consortium consisting of the ESG Matters, Square Gain and the Carbon Free Group has commissioned the Guard Global Centre of Excellence to develop a Sustainable Development Reporting Dashboard following the United Nations SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) guidelines.
The tool uses a decentralised structured database based on the XBRL reporting language. The SDG reporting taxonomy, based on SASB and UN-SDG allows participants across a supply chain to submit reports according to specific industrial indicators to the reporting platform. Summary and detailed reports can be viewed as tables and charts on an online dashboard. From here goals and targets can be set and progress monitored over time.
